Another possiblity for this error is that no cookie has been set for your order session.

To Enable your Web Browser's Cookies in IE:

Please go to 'Tools' in the tool bar across the top. If you do not see this click on the 'Alt' key
on your keyboard. You will then see 'Internet Options.'

Once Internet Options opens up select the 'Privacy' tab and then lower the slider so that
the setting is no more than 'medium'.

Then click the 'Advanced' button in the middle of the window. Select the check boxes that say
'Override Auto Handling' and 'Always allow session cookies'. Press 'OK.' You may need to close all
open Internet windows and reopen Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.
